Choose either Angel Reiki or Reiki Natalie is a 3rd degree Reiki Master and Angel Reiki Master. Reiki is a subtle and gentle hands on healing experience to tone up the chakras in the body and to help bring you into a feeling of harmony and alignment with your true path. Angel Reiki works similarly as Reiki but involves the Angel Reiki practitioner calling in the archangels Michael, Raphael, Gabriel and Uriel during your reiki session where if you have a question for the archangels, perhaps a problem or something you would like to bring into your life and would like their guidance from the archangels you’ll hopefully have gained clarity about it by the end of the session or in your dreams that evening. The client rests on a massage table with a blanket for the experience and the Reiki Practitioner/ Angel Reiki Practitioner will perform a laying of the hands, starting with the crown chakra at the head and working their way down to the root chakra just at the feet. This can be done with hands laid gently on the client in each of the chakras zones of the body or by hovering the hands just above the chakras works just the same. Clients usually report feeling a warming, cooling, or tingling experience and it is not uncommon for clients to fall asleep during their session as the chakra healing energy takes place. Chakras are energy centres situated in the auric field of the body and also inside the body. There are seven main chakras and they each resonate and affect various parts of the body, our health, mind, and spirit. If the chakras are blocked we could feel dis-ease in the body, physically and emotionally. They become blocked due to stress, an unhealthy lifestyle, negative thinking, lack of sleep or exercise. When chakras are balanced they work optimally. Reiki, Massage & Yoga are some methods used to unblock the chakras.
